This character's name is Nicky.

I like Nicky because she loves being outdoors and also comes from Australia! 

Some things Nicky and I have in common is, green is one of our favourite colours and we both love and play sports. 

In my picture I drew; her shirt is in green, there is a grey strip this is like how she loves nature and her adventurous ways. 

Nicky's hair is bright red and reminds me of how she is always ready to get up go and always in a happy mood!

Learning goal-I am testing how quickly I can remember my Basic Facts.

Success criteria-I need to remember my Basic Facts because they are the knowledge I need to help me with strategies to solve Maths problems.

Monday

Today

On Monday I got 32\38 and today I got 34\38. I have done a better job today and improved in my Division facts. Some of the division facts I got wrong, I think I still need to work on my division facts.

My Eggshell Experiement DLO

This is my DLO about what I have learnt throughout my eggshell experiment.

DLO stands for Digital Learning Object. "Learn, Create and share" helped me with my DLO.

I Learned about the enamel of teeth and was able to explain it, Created my DLO with the help of my mum and Shared with my mum and teacher about what I understood.

My Silent reading today

Today I have a new book called "Amulet" I am reading the first book. Here is a little summary about what I read.

Emily, Dad and Mum were driving to pick someone up, they were late. Then suddenly a car was driving with their headlights really bright, Dad couldn't see anything they drove the wrong way and crashed.

Dad's car came tumbling down the cliff, their car was upside down. Mum's nose was bleeding and Dad legs were stuck. The car was about to fall off the cliff. 

Mum tried to pull Dad's hand and Emily tried to pull the car down so that they would have enough time to pull Dad.

The car fell off the cliff. Mum and Emily sunk deep down and cried.

2 Years Later.........

Emily, Nevin(Em's Little brother) and Mum moved to a new house "in the middle of nowhere". It was the old family house.

When they got in the house they had to clean straight away. Emily found a necklace that had an amulet she put it on.

Today I got 32\38. I was really close to getting 38\38, I only got 6 answers wrong. I need to work on my "Find the Divisor" and my Division.

(I have not done 2 and compared because I didn't do it last week)

Today

Today I got 25\40 and on Monday I got 20\40.I have improved in my subtraction and x÷2 3 5 10   . I need to work on my 1000 and my subtraction to 20.
